The Seas, The Beach, The Shorelines and Its People
NBC 12 Richmond News, the USS TRUXTUN in Norfolk, the Naval Station Norfolk, and right here in Virginia Beach, all those said places in Virginia were used as the film locations for the movie of Tom Hanks entitled Captain Phillips. Most of its scenes were taken right here in Virginia Beach, the seas, shorelines and the people of Virginia will all be part of this.
Big names in the Hollywood industry were once again in the city of Virginia for the filming of their upcoming movie. Lead stars Tom Hanks, Catherine Keener, Christopher Stadulis with their director and the crew had visited this place that is full of wonderful entertainment.
