This 27-year old, 10,000-seat Virginia venue, has received excellent remarks so far. Recently renovated Patriot Center welcomes the visitors with new concession stands, new bathrooms, a new box office and a new facade for the concourse and entrances. It is ranked No. 11 nationwide and No. 17 worldwide for ticket sales in 2011 among venues with the capacity of 10,000-15,000 venues, according to leading trade publication, Venues Today.
In its rich history, this multipurpose arena has witnessed a multitude of events ranging from basketball games to concerts to family shows to trade shows, including Michael Buble, Dane Cook, Jeff Dunham, Larry the Cable Guy, Gwen Stefani, Audioslave, Duran Duran, Bill Gaither and Friends, Disney Live, the Washington Bridal Showcase, Blue Man Group and the World Famous Lipizzaner Stallions. This is a great concert hall in VA!
